    Album Liner Notes:
    1- Why would I-
is the 1st cut its an uptempo guitar percussion driven song - reminiscent of the paisley underground revival of the 1990s.
    its Dreamy just sink in.
    2. All the time-
just takes you away into a drone aura like some songs by the Velvet Underground. it has Elaborate Vocals float over the guitar as you sink in deeper.
    3- Glass Spires Burning-
is the featured song of the album.
Conscientiously psychedelic from its beginning with a goal to take you directly to the the album concept.
Strong guitar throughout -driven by a drone percussion -
the vocal speaks only to you.
And then there is the solo at the denouncement
    ... go there.....
    4- Crying over love-
is a ballad built on a heavy bottom.
Its the only kind of thing you could tolerate after the finesse of Glass Spires Burning
    .....just let it play
5- and then You can Fly-
is a dreamy release from the moment you've just lived.
The percussion is lightened by an intense bongo enhancing the enlightened melodic vocal.
The message is clearly that if youve gotten this far you can fly.
    6- The Sapphire III-
is another step back into a heavy bottom Velvet Underground inspired song
    ...follow the glass spire deeply
7- The land of no end-
.....we are completely descending into the psychedelic space I have built
    .....experimental vocals as an instrument.
Carefully crafted mix-leading to a perfect ending solo
    ....who does this?
We are truly in the Land of no End. And thats my goal. Are you here?
    8- The Last Words-
is a peaceful escape from the the Land of no end.
Melodic vocals- as we move back to a mellow ballad
    - with guitars and light percussion.
    The dream continues.....
    9- When I-
escapes to a netherworld keyboard driven dreamscape with vocals as an instrument.
You are immersed deep in a dream.
You dont have to think about it.
Ive made your dream All you have to do is release your mind.
10- When will I feel the sky on my face again-
Ive taken you here finally after all you have been through.
The rain is on your face.
The keyboards are here to draw you in to the finality......
This is the end my fickle friend.

about

Glass Spires falling is a long overdue album project for blackONwhite. Since 2017 I composed over 100 songs that Ive released as singles and 4 elaborate suites.
In that time over 20 other songs of great merit have been considered for this collection. I carefully assembled the album that you now have the opportunity to hear.
